The service technician was very professional found the problem with the gas heater replaced the failed part and performed a full test plus cleaned the unit.

My son & daughter in law organised Dean to come out to my home to check out why the central heating wasn’t working. We were given a quote straight up including the part which was reasonably expensive... then waited for part to arrive. Upon their second visit, it was discovered the expensive part wasn’t required - a loose wire was the culprit & was refitted without the need for the expensive part.

I am extremely happy that the guys at Morgan Electrics were up front & HONEST in that the new part wasn’t required & I was only charged for the work they’d completed.
