We were given a quote straight up including the part which was reasonably expensive... then waited for part to arrive. Upon their second visit, it was discovered the expensive part wasn’t required - a loose wire was the culprit & was refitted without the need for the expensive part.

    I am extremely happy that the guys at Morgan Electrics were up front & HONEST in that the new part wasn’t required & I was only charged for the work they’d completed.
